What's included when I make a purchase?
With each floral/ gift purchase, we provide free delivery* anywhere in Singapore and a laminated message card with your personalised note for your recipient.
When is the soonest you can deliver?
Our delivery timings are:
Mondays to Fridays - 9 am to 6 pm
Saturdays - 9 am to 1 pm
Sundays and Public Holidays - Closed
For same-day delivery:
Order before 12 noon for delivery from 2 pm to 6 pm
For next-day delivery:
Order before 3pm
For Saturday delivery (9 am to 1pm):
Order before 3pm on Friday
Please note that last minute orders (orders received within 4 hours of expected delivery time) will incur an additional charge of SGD 20.00.
If you have a preferred time of delivery, please indicate this by adding a note when you place your order. If you have already placed your order, please call us at +65 6830 6187 or +65 9771 6147 during office hours.
Where do you deliver to?
We offer free delivery to addresses within Singapore city (except P.O. Boxes).
There is an additional surcharge for deliveries to the following areas:
Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area
All Army camps
All PSA Ports

Do you allow store/ self-collection?
Yes, but only by appointment. Pick-up would be at our floral studio at 1 Kaki Bukit Road 1, Enterprise One, #02-24, Singapore 415934 during office hours. As visitations to our floral studio are by appointment only, please place your order in advance either by phone or email. Do note that as all our floral designs are made-to-order, we do not stock ready-made bouquets.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal for online orders. For cash payment, please note that cash-on-delivery is not available. However, you may opt to pay in cash for orders to be picked up at our floral studio.
Can I include a card with a personalised message for my recipient?
Yes, please fill in the "Update of Orders" form after you have placed your order.
Can I customise an order?
Absolutely. Let us know your specifications, and we'll get back to you with a quote.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made less than 2 working days from the date of delivery, 50% cancellation charge of the total purchase price.
- Cancellation made less than 1 working day from the date of delivery, full purchase amount will be forfeited.
How should I care for my flowers?
In our hot tropical climate, fresh flowers thrive best when kept chilled between 8 - 15 degrees Celsius. If you are unable to place them in a chiller or an air-conditioned room, simply keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.
You may lightly spritz water on the petals to keep the flowers cool.
Before you do, if your flowers come in the form of a bouquet, carefully unwrap them and transfer them to a clean vase with an inch of clean water. Ensure that all the cut stem ends are submerged in water. Change the water and snip off an inch of stem daily.
If your flowers come arranged in floral foam, just add a small amount of water to the foam. Take care to avoid allowing water collect on the blooms by pouring the water gently down the stems. The foam acts as a reservoir, so simply top-up with a small amount of water daily. There is no need to trim the stems.
